Cancelled Orders
Prior to commencement of custom design, pieces can be cancelled with a full refund of any deposit. A guaranteed window of 24 hours for cancellation will apply. After which point custom orders will be deemed finalised and deposit will not be refunded.
Non-custom pieces can be cancelled at any stage prior to dispatch with full refund.
Replacement
We are committed to our customers and we endeavour to ensure that all our products are made to the highest standard and sent out to you in perfect condition. If you receive your order and it is defective you should inform us within 3 days and we will arrange a replacement.
Proof of purchase is required for all refund/replacement requests.
